On 17 December 2020, Molly was hit by a car. She was immediately rushed to the animal hospital for examination. She was in shock and the X-ray examination demonstrated multiple pelvic fracture.
Her owners could not afford the expected high costs of surgery and could not provide Molly with the conditions necessary for her recovery; therefore, they asked the Beagle Rescue Society for help.
During the bone surgery intervention the veterinarians fixed the multiple fracture with a TPLO plate and a lag screw. Postoperative rehabilitation started with a four-week period of strict movement restriction when the dog had to be kept in a small, restricted space, in what is called ‘cage rest’.

When Molly was taken into the care of the Beagle Rescue Society, she was only 6 months old and weighed 8.2 kg. The team knew that there was a long road to her full recovery, with regular check-up examinations as well as medicinal treatment and physiotherapy. To speed up her recovery, the Beagle Rescue Society deployed the Burgimmune Premium Immunoenhancer Combination, which is available to the dogs needing it as part of the strategic co-operation between the Beagle Rescue Society and Natural Pet Care System.
Luckily, Molly willingly ate and is still readily accepting the Burgimmune veterinary food supplement of curative power, and she is growing and recuperating nicely, her body weight is already 9.4 kg. She is a cheerful, balanced and beautiful Beagle lass.
Her full recovery is still a long way away, and she has to undergo corrective surgery, and one thing is sure: the team of the Beagle Rescue Society are doing their utmost for Molly’s full recovery and the Burgimmune Premium Immunoenhancer Combination also supports her all along the way.
